How do I apply for training?
Under the Erasmus+ it will be organisations (Heads of schools, colleges, institutions) and not individuals who will apply for funding.
Before applying, applicants (schools, colleges, institutions, universities) must:
- first register in the Unique Registration Facility (URF). The ECAS User Manual PDF explains the necessary steps for obtaining a URF.
- Once registered the organization will obtain a PIC (Personal Identification Code) number.
- The organization must then submit the application under Key Action 1 with the National Agency.

What is the language of the courses?
The language of all our training courses is English. However we are able to hold all courses in French and Italian with prior arrangement for groups of 4 or more.
What kind of certificate do you provide?
We give our participants a Certificate of Attendance. We also supply a Europass Mobility document upon request. In order to provide the Europass Mobility you will need to consult your National Europass Centre and follow the procedure provided.
Can I register for more than one training course?
Yes you can. Since the grant application is submitted by an organisation, you can choose to send several people to attend various training courses. It would be in your best interest to register with all courses that we have available that are in your field.
Do I have to send money to your organisation at this stage?
No - There is no pre-registration fee.

My Application has been approved. What next?
Once the National Agency informs you that you have been awarded a grant, you are kindly asked to notify us immediately so that we can confirm your participation. If you do not get the grant it is your responsibility to cancel this.
I have a partner/family member, wishing to accompany me to Malta. Is this possible?
Yes it is possible - we do accept participants' bringing their partner/family member to the course. Conditions apply. Contact us for further information
If I get the grant but fail to attend the course, do I have to pay a cancellation fee?
From the moment the candidate receives a grant from his National Agency and confirms his attendance at a training event, he/she has responsibilities towards the training provider. If the candidate cancels his/her attendance, s/he will be responsible for paying a cancellation fee which the training provider may claim. Only in very exceptional cases of force majeur e.g. (serious illness or death of the candidate or close family member) may the National Agency pay cancellation fees using grant funds. In our case there is a € 300.00 cancellation fee.
Can I register for the course without applying for a grant?
Yes - it is possible to apply for the course without applying or obtaining a grant. We offer reduced rates. Contact us for more information.

- Travel: depending on the distance - you will need to calculate your distance of travel to be included in your application. The calculator can be accessed from here;
- Subsistence: (training days + travel days) x daily allowance: defined by the National Agency based on the duration of the stay;
- Course fee: fixed at € 70 per day per participant up to a maximum of € 700.00 per participant for the whole stay;
- Organisational costs;
- Special needs support: depends on individual situation;
